Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.
• Pass “Joey” PIV operator training
• Use “Joey” PIV truck to locate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets.
• Follow assembly SOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision.
• Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling.
• Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing.
