About The Position
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Worker to act as a General Laborer. This role involves assisting with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, picking/fulfilling orders, and performing other general warehouse duties. Warehouse personnel are crucial to day-to-day operations, working collaboratively to ensure accurate loads and timely product delivery. The position requires the use of a forklift for loading and moving products, as well as direct handling of materials. Carroll Construction Supply is an employee-owned company known for being fair, honest, and team-oriented, with over 35 locations across 12 states.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license
- Pass Pre-Employment Drug and Physical Testing

- Motivated, Hardworking, and Dependable
- Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile
Nice To Haves
- Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial but not a must
- Forklift Experience beneficial but not a must
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Clean and handle concrete forms
- Pick/fulfill orders
- Perform other warehouse duties
- Use a forklift to assist with loading and movement of product
- Directly handle materials
- Work with others to assure accuracy of loads and delivery of product is done right and on time
