About The Position

Lucchese Boots are the highest quality cowboy boots in the industry. The Warehouse-General Labor is responsible for various tasks including picking, packing, and shipping products. In addition, this position will be aligned with Lucchese values, consistent policy administration and a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience required.
• Open to learn and perform cross training in different areas.
• Ability to lead by example and obtain support from co-workers and work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments.
• Store items in designated locations.
• Manually load and unload merchandise.
• Open and stack boxes as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• General labor duties.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
