The Herff Jones Cap and Gown team, based in Champaign, IL, is looking for seasonal warehouse associates to join our order processing team.

Requirements

• Self-motivated.
• Adequate computer skills.
• Reading, writing, and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Ability to work all mandatory overtime.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Job may require lifting to, but not exceeding 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders.
• Meeting production and quality standards for the operation.
• Training and directing new personnel.
• Learning about all product lines and processes in the warehouse.
• Selecting material by quality standards, colors, styles, and shades.
• Recognizing colors and different cloth styles.
