About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting warehouse, delivery, and service operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of the business, including warehouse logistics, retail support, and field service assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and variety in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle heavier items with proper equipment
Comfortable with physical work including bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
Ability to use basic hand tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math, counting, and computer skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in varying environments (temperature, dust, noise)
Clear vision (with or without correction) for reading labels and picking tickets
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to and from work
High school diploma or equivalent
Must wear steel-toed work boots/shoes

Responsibilities

Assist warehouse, delivery, and service teams with daily operations
Accompany drivers on deliveries to retail locations and customer homes
Support service technicians on-site with pool openings/closings and installations
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, and prepare orders using picking tickets
Palletize and stage merchandise for delivery or transfer
Organize and restock inventory in warehouse and retail locations
Process vendor returns and internal transfers
Bar-code and package non-factory merchandise
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
Follow end-of-day procedures and safety standards
