About The Position

We are hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate focused on Receiving & Transfers to support increased shipment volume during our busy season. This role is critical in ensuring all incoming inventory is processed accurately and efficiently so it can be made available for sale or customer pickup as quickly as possible. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy position that requires organization, urgency, and accountability. This is a Seasonal Position that will end Aug 1st, 2026

Requirements

• High attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Must be available during peak delivery days and busy periods
• Flexible scheduling based on shipment volume
• Additional hours may be available during high-volume weeks

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving
• Unload and receive incoming shipments from vendors and carriers
• Verify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect merchandise for accuracy, damages, and compliance
• Enter and process received inventory into the system accurately
• Label and stage products for the sales floor or storage
• Transfers & Customer Orders
• Process inbound transfers with accuracy
• Receive and log customer transfer orders with accuracy and urgency
• Ensure proper documentation and tagging for all transfers
• Communicate with sales team when customer orders are ready
• Assist with staging and organizing transfer inventory for quick access
• Warehouse Organization
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and transfer areas
• Follow proper storage and inventory control procedures
