Job Overview: The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 is responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of products to meet company safety, security, and productivity standards. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 will be required to perform various functions including receiver/checker, order filler/picker, forklift operator, and quality auditor. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of any material handling equipment required to perform his/her daily functions. A Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 has moderate experience in warehousing, can operate 1 or more pieces of equipment, and perform receiving and/or shipping functions. Pay: $18.50 / Hourly

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Ability to work overtime during peak season
High school diploma preferred
Must be able to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Drug test required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with computers and radio frequency equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

Receiving / Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely, count products, compare to manifests, and inspect shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments to the supervisor and store merchandise in the correct locations.
Order Picking: Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected. Move orders to proper staging areas.
Quality Control: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report any quality variances.
Loading: Load product into trailers safely and efficiently from staging or storage areas. Ensure all items are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured according to company procedures.
Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and storing functions.
Safety / Sanitation / Security: Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
Other general warehouse duties may be assigned
