Job Overview: This role is part of the E-Commerce/Auditor team and supports daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, auditing, and staging e-commerce orders. Team members may rotate throughout the warehouse based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule: Sunday – Friday | Day Shift Overtime may be required during peak and holiday seasons.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legibly
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
  • Computer and RF scanner familiarity preferred
  • Minimum of six months of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
  • Willingness to work weekends during peak season (Saturday or Sunday as needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage e-commerce orders
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Verify item counts, SKUs, and locations prior to order completion
  • Perform basic auditing and quality checks on completed orders
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
  • Follow established pick paths and location sequencing for efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report damaged product or inventory discrepancies
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
