You'll collaborate with a remote team of tax experts to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly support via chat, phone, and video.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax preparation experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Successful completion of our Tax Knowledge Assessments (I & II)
• A quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection
• Experience as a tax preparer, Enrolled Agent, CPA, attorney, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through chat, video, and screen sharing to answer tax-related questions
• Help clients navigate our online tax prep tools with ease
• Provide clear, supportive guidance to help clients feel confident and empowered
• Research federal and state tax laws to provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Use our proprietary tools and resources to deliver top-tier client support
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights, solve problems, and improve the client experience
