About The Position

As a local Delivery Driver at Suburban Propane, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering fuel safely and efficiently to customers' homes and businesses. Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements.
• Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing for operation in interstate commerce.
• Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing between 50 to 75 pounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Willingness to undergo training to obtain required endorsements if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel locally in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring you return home every night.
• Maintain the delivery truck by reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions that require attention.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients.
• Account for funds and inventory using a user-friendly handheld terminal.
