About The Position

The Seasonal Tesla Advisor position is a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service and support to new Tesla owners. This role involves collaborating with the Sales & Delivery team to ensure a smooth delivery process and educate customers about Tesla's products. The position is part-time, requiring approximately 29 hours per week, and is expected to last for over five weeks, making it ideal for individuals passionate about sustainable energy and customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record to meet and exceed goals
• Passionate about the Tesla Mission and innovations in the personal transportation industry
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
• Valid driver's license required
• Motor Vehicle Salesperson License required for certain states

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and paperwork prior to deliveries
• Facilitate a customer-focused delivery process that educates new owners about our product
• Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to client homes
• Work in a team-based environment dedicated to a common goal
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
