The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks. We have multiple locations/shifts around the Green Bay Area - this position is looking to be filled for shifts the day before Thanksgiving and on the day of. If desired, the day before Christmas and Christmas day. Other positions or opportunities can be discussed if interested. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Must have own reliable vehicle. Job description: This job will require you to be in your vehicle the entire time, so you must have a reliable vehicle. You will be making driving rounds and documenting your rounds and observations hourly. You will be watching for people and advising them the building is closed. You will also be looking for any broken doors, windows, lights that are out, signs of fire ETC.

Requirements

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Must have own reliable vehicle.
Must have good verbal and written communication
Must have ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Must have ability to deal with problems involving standard situations.
Must be neat and professional in appearance, and must adhere to Per Mar dress code policy.
Must have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Must have dependable own transportation for entire shift.
Must enjoy working with the public under potentially adverse conditions.

Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
Current Driver's License and good driving record
MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
Pass background check

Must be punctual and on time for every shift.
Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations if applicable
