About The Position

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency.
• Execute all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Unload, process, and stock freight in the correct locations following merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Complete daily/weekly workload and tasks efficiently and on-time.
• Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
