About The Position

As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our guests have a larger-than-life experience. You’ll make sure our service is top-notch, assist managers with operations, and help bring our group events to life! This means everything from preparing popcorn, freshly exploded, to making sure every show is picture-perfect. Most of all, you’ll be working with a team to create an atmosphere that’s pure magic for both our guests and your fellow employees.

Requirements

Exceptional guest service skills.
Excellent communication & organization skills.
The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
A passion for working with your team.
The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).
Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).
Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).

Responsibilities

Being the face of Megaplex, always ready to deliver quality guest service.
Helping with all the action in the Megaplex, including food service, guest support and cleaning.
Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.
Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.
And other duties as assigned!
