Requirements

• For experienced preparers: 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience, including individual, trust, and/or partnership returns.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting, and finance.

• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one-on-one tax preparation services to clients.
• Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance.
• Conduct tax interviews and answer walk-in questions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.
• Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and support to develop tax preparation skills.
• Leverage knowledge to complete complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax filings.
