Your Role as Our Poolside Protector: Keep a hawk-eye on pool areas, ensuring every child is safe and having a blast. Spot and respond to distressed swimmers with swift, confident in-water rescues and assists. Administer CPR or first aid when needed, staying calm under pressure. Share basic swimming tips to help kids build confidence in the water. Deliver top-notch customer service to parents and staff, spreading positivity poolside. Job Description What Makes You Our Lifeguard Legend: High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years old. American Red Cross Lifeguard & First Aid Certifications. American Red Cross CPR/Professional Rescuer w/AED Certification. Minimum 1 year of lifeguard & swim instructor experience. High flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts. Preferred: Hands-on teaching, caregiving, or leadership experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
