Seasonal Swim Instructor and Swim Assistants
About The Position
Looking for a Fun, Energetic, Seasonal Job? Do you love being in the sun, helping others, and making great money while out of school? We are seeking High-Energy Swim Instructors and Seasonal Swim Assistants to join our team this summer! LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) teaches swimmers of all ages and abilities to swim safely, confidently, and skillfully. We offer youth lessons, adult stroke clinics, competitive swim training, and specialized Adaptive Swim programs for individuals with disabilities. Our certified instructors focus on safety, technique, and confidence, helping every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive, fun environment. Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
Requirements
- Swim Instructors Must be 18+ with some experience in swimming, coaching, or recreational swim programs
- Seasonal Swim Assistants Must be 15+ and able to swim
Responsibilities
- Work with students of all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities
- Teach swimming, recreational skills, and basic swim team techniques
- Support instructors and help run swim programs smoothly
- Assist with student safety, class activities, and general program operations
