About The Position
Magone & Company, P.C., a family-owned CPA firm located in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking Permanent Seasonal SurePrep Specialists to enhance our tax practice. This role is designed for individuals with a solid background in tax and SurePrep software, who are eager to contribute during the busy tax season each year. As a SurePrep Specialist, you will leverage SurePrep's OCR technology to streamline our tax preparation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling tax documents. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of tax documents and the SurePrep/OCR experience, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and the tax team. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor interns within the SurePrep/Tax team, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
