About The Position

Standard Process is hiring seasonal employees to support our Production teams this summer. Whether you're working with raw ingredients or packaging finished products, you'll gain valuable experience in a supportive, team-focused environment. Depending on the department you will: Production Support Assist operators with setup and changeover prep (gathering materials, staging supplies) Perform basic, non-technical tasks to keep production flowing (e.g., loading/unloading materials, packaging support) Quality & Documentation Assistance Help with simple checks like counting, labeling, or verifying materials under supervision Assist with organizing batch records or production paperwork (no independent sign-off) Cleaning & Organization Clean equipment exteriors and work areas following SOPs and GMP standards Maintain organized workspaces and assist with sanitation tasks between runs Safety & Compliance Follow all PPE, GMP, and safety requirements at all times Immediately report issues or concerns to supervisors General Team Support Assist wherever needed across the production floor within defined safe limits Learn basic manufacturing processes and workplace expectations Many of our seasonal employees return year after year—and some even stay on in full-time roles!
