Overview The Summer Admin is responsible for the professional, effective, and efficient handling of all residents’ requests and needs upon entering the community or building. The Summer Attendant provides exemplary service consistent with the Castle Group's values and mission. They perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills as a representative of Castle Royal Service. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide general support to the Lifestyle Coordinator in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community events and activities. Assist with event preparation including organizing supplies, décor setup, vendor coordination support, and ensuring spaces are ready prior to event start times. Support day-of event operations including check-in, resident engagement, activity facilitation, and overall event flow. Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and positive community atmosphere. Assist with monitoring amenity areas during events to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community guidelines. Help maintain organization of event inventory, supplies, and storage areas. Perform light administrative tasks as needed, including tracking attendance, assisting with sign-in sheets, and documenting event feedback. Communicate any resident concerns, safety issues, or operational needs to the Lifestyle Coordinator or Management team promptly. Assist with general community support tasks during non-event times, including clubhouse readiness, light cleaning, and setup for upcoming activities. Follow all Association policies, safety procedures, and staff expectations while performing duties. Remain flexible and available to support evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal activity times as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall community operations. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalency required. 1+ years of administrative or hospitality experience preferred.
