About The Position

Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Seasonal Camp Director to lead our Summer Club program. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing daily camp operations, leading staff, supporting enrollment, and creating an exceptional experience for campers and families.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, building programs, and making a real impact in youth development.

Requirements

• Experience working with youth (camp, childcare, coaching, education, etc.)
• Natural leadership ability and strong organization skills
• Ability to manage a team and solve problems confidently
• Professional communication with parents and staff
• Someone who takes ownership and leads by example

Responsibilities

• Lead daily camp operations and supervise camp staff
• Create a fun, safe, and structured environment for campers
• Manage schedules, staffing, and daily programming execution
• Communicate with families and support camper enrollment
• Assist with staff training and team development
• Ensure safety standards and program quality are consistently met
• Daily camp operations and camper experience
