Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
  • Completed at least one year at a post-secondary institution.
  • Currently a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Maintained a grade point average of 2.0 or greater.
  • Enrolled in post-secondary education for the Fall 2026 term.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire, as of May 18, 2026.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), including weekends and holidays, starting May 18, 2026 through August 8, 2026.
  • Able to spend extended periods walking, standing, bending, and lifting moderately heavy items weighing approximately 20–25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the safe and efficient production and/or packaging of products alongside experienced operators and team members.
  • Collaborate with operators, safety leaders, and functional partners while receiving hands-on coaching from team leads.
  • Support daily operations by completing audits, tests, and basic measurements.
  • Manage and input data accurately into required computer systems.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, to help maintain a safe and reliable work environment.
