About The Position

The Seasonal Store Associate at Bealls Florida plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales during peak seasons. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for guests. Seasonal associates are hired on an at-will basis, typically for a duration of six months or less, to meet the seasonal demands of the business.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Experience with Zebra PDA and POS systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service.
  • Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build guest loyalty.
  • Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, and inventory management to ensure brand consistency.
  • Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures effectively.
  • Engage in teamwork to accomplish store goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
