About The Position

The Seasonal Stock Associate plays a crucial role in managing the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. This position involves receiving, unpacking, organizing, and labeling merchandise while also providing customer service to enhance the shopping experience. The associate is expected to maintain an organized stockroom and support the store management team in various operational tasks.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
• Assist in the execution of the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
