Custer County Weed and Pest Seasonal Sprayer
About The Position
Custer County is accepting applications for part-time seasonal Weed Sprayers in the Weed and Pest Department. The main duty to be performed will be the spraying of noxious weeds along, but not limited to, county-maintained roads within Custer County. The hourly wage for this position is $18.00. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Applicants must posess or be able to obtain the following South Dakota Commerical Pestiicdie Applicator's Liscenses within 7 working days after hire: Category G, Category 7 & Category 1. Applicant must also maintain a good working relationship with county officials, employees, and the general public. Approximate employment dates are May 11 to September 30. Requirements
