POSITION OVERVIEW: We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Snow Removal Team. As a team member, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our commercial properties safe and accessible during winter weather events. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and thrive in challenging conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to be on-call as needed
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work in cold conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Prior experience in snow removal or landscaping preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances
• Apply de-icing materials as needed
• Maintain equipment and report any issues or damage
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear at all times
• Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members
