Seasonal Snack Shop / Bev Cart Supervisor | Gold Mountain Golf Club This Seasonal position expected to end on or around October 31st, 2026. What you’ll do: The Brass Tacks Assists in interviewing/hiring of all new snack shop / bev cart team members Supervises personnel employed in the Snack Shop / Bev Cart Department. This includes scheduling, training, motivating team members daily Monitors daily sales & item sales to track trends Create effective specials, packages, and features that keep the guests engaged Communicate to team members specials, tournaments/events, changes in standard SOP’s Supervises daily operations of the snack shop and beverage carts including set-up, stocking, and breakdown, and overall cleanliness of all service/prep areas & carts. Ensures profitability, efficient operations and adherence to established safety and quality standards daily Reports ordering needs to F&B Director and Executive Chef to include food & beverage products, operating supplies, and cleaning supplies Inventories supplies and beverages and maintains accurate inventory records monthly Responsible for recording breakage, waste, spills within department and reporting to F&B Director Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable team member and guest relations as needed Administers state liquor laws as they pertain to operations daily Deals with guests’ challenges and communicates all issues with F&B Director and Executive Chef Assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged and following-through on all requests Represents organization as point of contact ensuring guests’ needs are met and expectations exceeded Provides ongoing coaching and praising to team members to ensure high-quality guest service. Addresses team members concerns and enforces company policies. Ensures a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment that need repair immediately and that the work area is clean and orderly Physical side of Things Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 40lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions The Nitty Gritty 2+ years lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operations. Golf course operations preferred. The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and interpret regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS system(s) Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations Necessary State Food Handler’s License and Class 12 Liquor Serving Permit Must be have a flexible schedule and be able to work A.M. or P.M. shifts including weekends & holidays. Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts a week within the department with exception of approved time off. Don’t meet every single requirement? Requirements

  • 2+ years lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operations. Golf course operations preferred.
  • The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and interpret regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
