Tessera is seeking a hardworking and motivated Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Worker with a positive/helpful attitude. This is a temporary position and is expected to run up to but no longer than November 30th, 2026. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of equipment, including wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, engineering equipment, power generation units, material handling equipment, and mowers. Conduct minor repairs and routine services in accordance with technical manuals and established procedures. Inspect and repair brakes, suspension, wheels, hubs, steering systems, and other mechanical components. Perform major repair jobs, including disassembly, cleaning, removal, and installation of components and assemblies. Read and follow technical manuals, lubrication orders, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair. Maintain and adhere to operational vehicle maintenance schedules. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in proper working order. Maintain professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and interactions. Deliver high-quality service to meet contract and organizational standards. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines as outlined in training, the employee handbook, and leadership instructions. All Other Duties as Assigned
