Seasonal Splash Pad Attendant at LEGOLAND New York Resort Looking for a job that’s way more fun than flipping burgers or staring at a screen?Want to get paid to hang out by water, keep people safe, and make unforgettable memories? Welcome to your ultimate summer gig. What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Being a Water Hero) As a Splash Pad Attendant, you’re not just watching water—you’re running the show! Keep the Fun Safe Watch over guests like a hawk (a really cool, water-loving hawk) Enforce splash pad rules so everyone stays safe and smiling Jump into action if anything goes wrong Be Ready for Anything Use CPR/First Aid skills if needed (don’t worry—we can train you!) Help handle emergencies like a total pro Keep It Clean & Running Smoothly Check slides and splash zones for safety Keep the area tidy and hazard-free Report anything that looks off Bring the Good Vibes Answer questions, give directions, and hype up guests Encourage safe play while keeping things fun Team Up Work with an awesome crew Rotate positions so things never get boring (every 20–30 minutes!) Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a superhero… but it helps if you’ve got superhero energy. At least 16 years old Positive attitude & team player Cool under pressure (even on the hottest days) Strong communicator Ready to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer days Bonus points if: You’ve got CPR/First Aid certification (or want to learn! So yes, we will train and certify) You love working with people What the Job Is Like Outdoors all day (hello sunshine) Active and on your feet Rotating roles to keep things fresh Hours: Typically, 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Positive attitude & team player
  • Cool under pressure (even on the hottest days)
  • Strong communicator
  • Ready to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer days

Nice To Haves

  • You’ve got CPR/First Aid certification (or want to learn! So yes, we will train and certify)
  • You love working with people
