About The Position

The Seasonal Ski Attendant provides high-quality, proactive guest service by assisting guests with their ski and snowboard equipment throughout their stay. This role supports the ski valet operation, ensuring all equipment is stored, organized, and retrieved quickly and safely. The Ski Attendant works in a fast-paced outdoor environment and serves as a primary point of contact for guests heading to and from the mountain. Weekends are required.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
Strong attention to detail, organization, and guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet all guests promptly and professionally, delivering attentive, high-quality customer service at all times
Store, organize, and retrieve guest ski and snowboard equipment quickly and accurately
Tag and track equipment to ensure proper identification and efficient retrieval
Assist guests with carrying equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs)
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the ski valet area
Provide general resort and mountain information, directions, and assistance
Communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell Desk, and Adventures teams to support guest flow
Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions immediately
Support additional winter operations as assigned
