About The Position

Spirit of ‘76, L.L.C. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team player for a Seasonal Shipping Assistant role in their Boonville, Missouri warehouse. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operations by accurately handling shipment data, meeting deadlines, and properly preparing and shipping products. The role is available from the date of hire through Spirit’s 4th of July shipping season, inclusive. The company encourages community, initiative, and a positive environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Comfortable using computers, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, seasonal setting
Ability to grasp new concepts by working in collaboration with warehouse personnel
Physically capable of lifting and moving products as needed
A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base
Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds
Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions
Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours
Required to reside in Central Missouri
