Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all activities associated with picking and shipping of orders to members' homes and businesses.
• Use a digital handheld device to locate and pick merchandise orders from the selling floor.
• Safely navigate a large picking cart around the club including during club hours.
• Assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders in a safe and damage-free manner.
• Move pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment.
• Assist with the loading of UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrap pallets.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolve and deescalate to address every member concern.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC Area.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
• Wrap and secure merchandise to the pallet prior to transport.
• Print shipping labels and other related documents.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
