About The Position

As a Seasonal Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in locating products, providing solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will be expected to engage customers about the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, as well as educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Additionally, you will assist with various Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Your role will also involve participating in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining merchandise recovery standards throughout the store. This includes completing the merchandise return/go back process and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and in-stock. You will be responsible for performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, while also supporting shrink and safety programs. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is essential to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. In this position, you will interact with customers and team members in a respectful and positive manner, promoting a commitment to the organization's vision and values. You will also serve as a role model for other team members. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may be required, and you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.
