Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and delivering the brand promises. The role also requires engaging customers about the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additional duties include participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The position requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, as well as promoting a positive image and serving as a role model for other team members.
