Requirements

• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and act as the first point of contact for service appointments.
• Ask questions to understand customer concerns and document service needs accurately.
• Communicate customer issues and requests clearly to the service team.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance, accessories, and upgrade opportunities.
• Support a smooth and positive service experience during peak seasonal demand.
