Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of tax experience (including coursework or accounting background)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support Tier I specialists by answering complex tax and platform-related questions
• Engage with clients via chat, screen share, and one-way video to resolve tax issues and guide them through our online tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help clients navigate our digital tax prep experience
• Research and interpret federal and state tax laws, regulations, and procedures
• Use our proprietary tools and resources to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly support
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and continuously improve the client experience
• Embrace new challenges and opportunities as they arise
