Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to support our tax team for this tax season. This role will focus on preparation and review of complex individual and business tax returns. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys working with a collaborative CPA firm team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience with tax software (e.g., UltraTax, GoSystem)
• Ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for
• Individuals (1040)
• Partnerships (1065)
• S-Corporations (1120S)
• C-Corporations (1120)
• Trusts and estates (1041), as applicable
• Assist with extension calculations and quarterly estimates
