About The Position

As a Seasonal Champion, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, energized, and customer-focused environment during our busiest time of year. You'll lead by example-supporting your peers, driving a culture of service and sales across all channels, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store. Whether sharing product knowledge, helping customers find their perfect item, training new colleagues, or stepping in to support store operations, you bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift. Your leadership helps set the tone for the season and ensures customers and colleagues alike feel valued and supported.

Requirements

  • Provide Active Supervision by continually circulating the selling floor and directing colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Careful attention to detail in handling daily tasks and examining reports.
  • Coordinate with store leadership to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the facility.
  • Available to support the needs of the business including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Come in energized and ready to make an impact, wearing your name badge with pride.
  • Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on trends and promotions.
  • Welcome customers and new colleagues with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and starting friendly conversations.
  • Support onboarding efforts for new colleagues and set the tone for consistent service.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and helping with merchandise moves.
  • Remind the team to share Loyalty benefits and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
  • Model collaboration, honesty, and care to support peers and enhance customer service.
  • Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other.
