About The Position

Join CHS for the 2025 Season! CHS Inc is in search for an individual to join our Haxtun, CO team during this grain season! This position will be a key component to all scale operations and the success of our corn harvest season! Based on weather & business demand, weekly hours range from 7a-6p with weekend availability and the potential to join our team full time at the end of the season. Requirements

• 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General data entry and computer skills
• Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.
• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist other personnel as needed.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
