About The Position
Join Our Magical Team as a Santa Lead! Do you have a passion for spreading holiday cheer and leading a team to create unforgettable experiences? At Enchant, we're looking for a spirited and detail-oriented Santa Lead for our 2024 season. In this role, you'll ensure that each visit with Santa is magical and memorable, balancing the enchantment of meeting Santa with a smooth and efficient operation. As a Santa Lead, you will oversee the Santa area, ensuring that Santa's hut is pristine and beautifully decorated. This includes checking for cleanliness, repairing or replacing any wobbly stanchions, and verifying that signage is correctly positioned. You will manage the Santa Event Staff, including radio and scanner distribution, and ensure they understand their roles. Coordination of the elf team is also essential, ensuring each elf is positioned effectively: one inside the hut, one onboarding guests, and one managing the queue. Your role will also involve facilitating the VIP line with priority service and greeting all guests warmly. You will ensure that guests have a smooth transition from the line to their visit with Santa, providing clear information about photo options and keeping the visit enjoyable and well-paced. Additionally, you will oversee the process of guest interaction with Santa, from pre-show preparations to post-show photo kiosk orientation, making sure each visit is memorable but efficient, allowing time for photos and ensuring a smooth flow through each stage. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with elves, photographers, and supervisors to ensure seamless operation and a magical experience for all guests. You will assist with elf rotation, queue management, and any additional tasks to keep the event running smoothly. This position requires flexibility, as you will need to adapt to various tasks and schedules, including working weekends, nights, and holidays. The show period runs from November 20 to December 29, 2024, and you should be prepared to work every day during this time, which can include Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
