About The Position

Boscov's is seeking Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join their dynamic sales team during the holiday season. This role focuses on building customer relationships, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently, and promoting products effectively. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math skills.
• Ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and telxon.
• Available to work varied days and hours, including extended evening hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Selling merchandise and providing customer service as per company standards.
• Maintaining the appearance of the selling floor.
• Performing marketing activities such as opening new Boscov's charge accounts.
• Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies.
• Maintaining an awareness of advertised merchandise and assisting in stock processing.
