Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals.
• Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
• Develops a personal connection with guests through effective use of selling skills.
• Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
• Initiates business driving events in store.
• Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
• Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility.
