About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and organized on the selling floor.
• Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when necessary.
• Support effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
