About The Position

We became a part of Leslie's family in November 2022. Our product lines now include patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, exercise pools, in-ground pools, and above-ground pools. We also carry pool and spa chemicals and accompanying accessories. We pride ourselves in being the area’s leading experts in installing and maintaining your backyard entertainment equipment. These stores are named SPLASH! Job Overview: As a Seasonal Sales Associate , you’ll create a fun, welcoming environment while helping customers find the right products for their backyard needs. You’ll assist with sales, answer product questions, perform water testing, and support daily store operations including stocking, inventory, cleaning, and unloading deliveries. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role in a fast-paced retail setting.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (more with equipment) and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented with a positive, goal-driven attitude
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience
- Assist with product selection and answer questions on pool/spa products
- Perform water testing and explain results to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Stock shelves, track inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries
- Support team members to meet sales goals and daily operations
