About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store seeking passionate team members for a part-time career. Associates are expected to share their love for their city or favorite professional and college teams. The role involves bringing energy to the store, welcoming customers, assisting them in finding team gear, and converting shoppers into lifelong fans. Key responsibilities include merchandising, product knowledge, processing sales, and maintaining store appearance. Sales Associates also support daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, and contribute to creating a positive store atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. The company encourages team members to show their team spirit to engage customers in conversations about sports.

Responsibilities

Communicates effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates
Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation
Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest

Comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ ringing
