Frankies Bikinis is a female-founded, beach-inspired lifestyle brand known for thoughtfully designed swimwear and apparel that celebrates confidence, individuality, and effortless California cool. Our Montauk location embodies elevated coastal style and a premium in-store experience. We’re looking for a Sales Associate who brings energy, style, and exceptional customer service to our team during the Montauk season.

Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Frankies Bikinis. You create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment and bring a positive, team-first mindset.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Passion for fashion, swimwear, and the Frankies Bikinis brand
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must have open availability , including weekends and holidays
• Must be available starting the second week of May
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

Responsibilities
