About The Position
Rally House is a specialty retail store seeking passionate part-time team members who love sports and their city/teams. Sales Associates are the face of the brand, responsible for creating memorable experiences for customers, helping them find team gear, and converting shoppers into fans. This role involves merchandising, product knowledge, processing sales, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily operations including opening and closing tasks. The goal is to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty. Team members are encouraged to share their passion for sports to enhance the customer experience and differentiate Rally House from competitors.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates
- Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation
- Generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest
- Ensure that the guest remains the top priority
- Comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ringing
- Keep the store looking sharp
- Support daily operations, opening and closing tasks
