About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. They are looking for passionate team members for a part-time career who are ready to share their love for their city or favorite professional and college teams. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, helping them find their favorite team gear, and turning casual shoppers into lifelong fans. Responsibilities include merchandising, product knowledge, ringing up sales, and keeping the store looking sharp to be game day ready. You will also support daily operations, including opening and closing tasks. The role requires a great attitude and a passion for customer service to create the Rally House vibe that fans will return for. The company encourages team members to show their team spirit to provide customers with the best experience possible and stand apart from the competition.
