About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. They are looking for passionate team members for a part-time career who are ready to share their love for their city or favorite professional and college teams. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, helping them find team gear, and turning shoppers into lifelong fans. Responsibilities include merchandising, product knowledge, ringing up sales, and maintaining store appearance. You will also support daily operations, including opening and closing tasks. The role requires a great attitude and a passion for customer service to create the Rally House vibe. The company encourages team members to show their team spirit to engage with customers about sports.
