About the Position The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business. A day in the life… Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience. Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes. Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
